Heather Cunningham

Heather Cunningham from Pittenweem has painted for most of her life and her career as a primary teacher proved to be a valuable tool in her teaching and for years she took art workshops at The Waid Academy Community Centre. Since retiring she has enjoyed painting for herself at Kellie Castle, exhibiting her work in both the Castle and at Pittenweem Arts Festival since 2006.

Heather has recently had work exhibited and sold at the R.S.A. and R.S.W. in Edinburgh. She is also a regular exhibitor at many galleries and exhibitions throughout Scotland and her work has received the Shell Commendation Award on two occasions.

She has also exhibited at Babirnie Gallery, Markinch, in Dundee at The Tasting Rooms, The Fisheries Museum, Anstruther and Cambo House, Kingsbarns.
